Sravasti is a beautiful town located at a distance of 175 km from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Sravasti? is a land associated with the life of Lord Buddha. It is believed that this town was founded by the mythological king Sravast and it was the capital of Kosala Kingdom during the period between the 6th century BC to the 6th century AD.
