Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
Company representatives will receive you on arrival at the international airport in Delhi late in the night or midnight. Transfer to your hotel. Relax. Overnight will be at Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi - Jaipur
By Road 260 km in 6 hr
Proceed to Jaipur after breakfast.
JAIPUR - The origins of the beautiful city of Jaipur can be traced back to the eighteenth century, during the reign of Jai Singh II who ascended the Amber throne in 1699. Jaipur today, epitomizes the spirit of Rajputana. In-spite of growing into a bustling metropolis, it still retains its character and history - A beautiful fusion of the yesteryears and modernity. Jaipur is popularly known as the
Pink City because of the extensive use of the locally abundant pink plastered stone, painted so in honor of the visit of the royal consort of Queen Victoria. Jaipur thrills the soul with its massive forts, magnificent palaces, exquisite temples and lush gardens. Start sightseeing of the city.
CITY PALACE - A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It houses the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.
JANTAR MANTAR - This is the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the country. This observatory consisting of outsized astronomical instruments is still in use.
HAWA MAHAL - The ornamental facade of this "Palace of Winds" is a prominent landmark in Jaipur. It is a five-storey structure of sandstone plastered pink encrusted with fine trelliswork and elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women.
Relax in the evening or visit the markets. Overnight will be at Jaipur.
Day 03: Jaipur - Ranthambore
By Road 180 km in 3 hr
Proceed for a morning excursion to Amber Fort after breakfast.
Elephant ride ascent to the fort. Further drive to Ranthambhor National Park, Project Tiger, in the village of
Sawai Madhopur. Overnight will be at resort.
Day 04: Ranthambore
Breakfast will be at the lodge. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. (Two safaris with lunch break in-between). Overnight will be at the resort.
Day 05: Ranthambore
Breakfast will be at the lodge. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. (Two safaris with lunch break in-between) Overnight will be at the resort.
Day 06: Ranthambore - Bharatpur By road 225 Km in 4 hrs.
Proceed to Bharatpur after breakfast to enjoy the Keoledeo Ghana National Park wildlife, which has the largest concentration and variety of birdlife in all of Asia. Late afternoon bird-watching. Overnight at Bharatpur.
Day 07: Bharatpur - Fatehphur Sikri - Agra
Early morning bird-watching session, then depart for Agra, enroute visiting Fatephur Sikri the 16th century deserted city. Visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Overnight at Hotel in Agra.
Day 08: Agra - Khajuraho By Air in 45 Minutes
Sunrise visit to the Taj. Return to the hotel for breakfast.
Afternoon
flight to Khajuraho, Flight # 1C 407, dep 10:35 am / arr 11:20 am. After hotel check-in and lunch, visit Western group of temples.
Overnight Hotel in Khajuraho.
Day 09: Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh
After breakfast, visit the Eastern & Southern temple groups and then depart for Bandhavgarh,home of the rare white tigers. Late afternoon game run in the forest. Overnight will be at the resort.
Day 10: Bandhavgarh
Breakfast will be in the lodge. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. Overnight will be at the resort.
Day 11: Bandhavgarh
Breakfast will be in the lodge. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. Overnight will be at the resort.
Day 12: Bandhavgarh - Kanha By Road 255 km in 6 hr
After breakfast drive to Kanha. Reach in the afternoon and relax at the resort. Overnight will be at the Kanha Resort.
Day 13: Kanha
Breakfast will be at the resort. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. (Two safaris with lunch break in-between). Overnight will be at the resort.
Day 14: Kanha - Jabalpur - Delhi
Breakfast will be at the resort. Morning Safarai. Drive to Jabalpur for train to Delhi dep 1540, arr 0720 hrs. next day. Overnight Train.
Day 15: Delhi
Arrival in Delhi & check into Hotel. Rest of the day will be free at your leisure. After dinner transfer to international airport for flight home.
