Cuisine: The fort provides a multi-cuisine restaurant “Roopal”, which mostly serves Rajasthani, other Indian and European delicacies to make it comfortable for International tourists. The services are available for 24 hours. The dining hall “Sonal” in the fort offers a splendid experience with a seating capacity of 135. The hotel also provides a bar “Paatu”, symbolic of the imperial taste and contemporary ambiance.
